Townsend Community School is a dropout prevention and credit recovery high school designed to support students and their families during their journey through high school. All students in grades 9-12, up through the age of 21, are eligible to enroll at TCS whether they are credit deficient, or they simply prefer a non-traditional option. This project recognizes the continued effects diabetes has posed upon individual's vision and impairments. To assist those individuals, both youth and adults, this Fund provides financial support for purchasing vision support materials which will enable them to be more functional in their daily lives. At Portland Place, they provide thoughtful, compassionate care in a warm, lively senior living community. They develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident, and a full-time registered nurse is available 24 hours a day to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care. Will my insurance cover counseling services?
Most insurances cover counseling services. You can call the number on the back of your insurance card or visit the insurance company’s website to find out your plan’s coverage for counseling. If you don’t have insurance, our Outreach and Enrollment Specialist can help you apply for insurance. We also offer a sliding fee scale to help with the payment of your counseling appointments.
Do you accept my insurance coverage?
We accept Medicaid and most Medicaid HMOs including Buckeye, United Healthcare, Care Source, Molina, and Paramount. We also accept Medicare and most private insurance plans. Please contact your insurance provider to check that we are a provider for your insurance.
How does the sliding fee scale work?
To qualify for the sliding fee discount program, you will be required to fill out an application and provide proof of income for all family members living in your household. Our scheduler will tell you what paperwork you will need to provide to qualify for a reduced fee for services. These may include:
• one month of the most recent pay stubs
• bank deposits
• social security determination letter
• prior year tax return
• W-2
• completed sustainability form

Behavioral health counseling addresses emotional well-being across the lifespan, providing effective strategies and support to help you lead a more fulfilling life and navigate life’s challenges. Services include addiction counseling.
