Will my insurance cover counseling services?
Most insurances cover counseling services. You can call the number on the back of your insurance card or visit the insurance company’s website to find out your plan’s coverage for counseling. If you don’t have insurance, our Outreach and Enrollment Specialist can help you apply for insurance. We also offer a sliding fee scale to help with the payment of your counseling appointments.
Do you accept my insurance coverage?
We accept Medicaid and most Medicaid HMOs including Buckeye, United Healthcare, Care Source, Molina, and Paramount. We also accept Medicare and most private insurance plans. Please contact your insurance provider to check that we are a provider for your insurance.
How does the sliding fee scale work?
To qualify for the sliding fee discount program, you will be required to fill out an application and provide proof of income for all family members living in your household. Our scheduler will tell you what paperwork you will need to provide to qualify for a reduced fee for services. These may include:
• one month of the most recent pay stubs
• bank deposits
• social security determination letter
• prior year tax return
• W-2
• completed sustainability form

Our mental health counseling program supports individuals from age 5 through senior years. We provide tailored support and counseling to promote emotional well-being across all life stages. Services are available on an individual basis for all family members.
